November 8 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s total power consumption in September grew by 7% on an annual basis to 204.7 GWh, the country's power grid operator Crnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem (CEDIS) said.
Region 2, comprising the municipalities of Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Cetinje, accounted for the largest share, 35%, of total power consumption in September, CEDIS said in a statement.
Household electricity consumption in Montenegro went up 6.1% on an annual basis to 92.1 million kWh in September, the country's power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG).
On a monthly comparison basis, household electricity consumption in Montenegro went down by 28.4% in September.
