Montenegro's Port of Adria net loss widens in 2023

April 1 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's Port of Adria [MNG:KOGE], the operator of a cargo and cruise dock at the port of Bar, said its net loss widened to 1.2 million euro ($1.3 million) in 2023 from 766,431 euro the previous year.

Revenue rose 12.8% on the year to 8.8 million euro, while expenses inched up to 3.9 million euro from 3.7 million euro, Port of Adria said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange last week.

Port of Adria, a subsidiary of Turkey-based Global Ports Holding (GPH), has been operating the container and general cargo terminal of Bar port since November 2013 when it bought a 62% stake in Kontejnerski terminali i generalni tereti (KTGT) from the government.
