April 9 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said it has received a request from local company M Energy to deliver an environmental impact assessment (EIA) of a project for the construction of a 385 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant.
The power plant, to be built in the central municipalities of Niksic and Cetinje, will span approximately 1,300 hectares, according to project documents published on EPA's website last week.

According to the Montenegrin business registry, M Energy is equally owned by Aleksandar Spadijer and Dejan Kotri.
