Montenegro's Luka Bar profit, revenue plummet in 2023

April 1 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's majority state-owned port operator Luka Bar [MNG:LUBA] recorded a net profit of 777,597 euro ($839,035) in 2023, down from 4.6 million euro in the previous year, it said.

Revenue fell to 15.1 million euro in 2023 from 23.8 million euro in 2022, while operating costs grew slightly to 8.4 million euro from 8 million euro, Luka Bar said in an annual financial statement filed with the Montenegro Stock Exchange last week.

The company recorded an operating profit of 842,703 euro in 2023.
