November 2 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's jobless rate fell to 10.7% at the beginning of November from 10.91% a year earlier, the government's Employment Agency said on Monday.
The number of unemployed dropped by 1.9% year-on-year to 28,245 as of November 2, the agency said in a statement posted on its website.
The number of unemployed in the Adriatic country of 620,000 people totalled 27,321 at the beginning of October, when the jobless rate was 10.35%.
The number of newly employed from the beginning of the year until November 2 was 17,952, the agency said but provided no comparative figures for the year-ago period.
