August 25 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s Hipotekarna Banka Podgorica [MNE:HIBP] booked a net profit of 4.11 million euro ($4.11 million) in the first half of 2022, up from a 2.65 million euro profit recorded in the like period of last year, it said.
The bank's net interest income rose to 7.85 million euro in the January-June period, slightly up from 7.25 million euro a year earlier, while net fee and commission income went up by almost 58% to 3.91 million euro, the lender said in a filing to the Montenegro Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Hipotekarna Banka closed 2021 with a net profit of 4.38 million euro.
