Montenegro’s Hard Discount Lakovic seeks EIA for shopping mall

April 16 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said it has received a request from Hard Discount Lakovic to conduct an environmental impact assessment (EIA) of a project for the construction of a shopping mall in the port city of Bar.

The shopping mall will span a total of 9,890 square metres and include fourteen stores as well as 270 parking spaces, according to project documents published on EPA's website last month.

According to the Montenegrin business registry, Hard Discount Lakovic is wholly-owned by private individual Komnen Lakovic. It was founded in December 2008.
