The project, to be developed in the southern municipality of Niksic, will feature 354, 552 monocrystalline half-cell panels, according to project documentation published by EPA last week.

The wind farm is expected to produce 148,000 GWh of electricity per year.

According to the Montenegrin business registry, Green Energy Investment is owned by private individuals Arkadiusz Szczepanski and Marius Szymanski, who control 45% of its equity capital each, and Aleksandar Dundjer, who owns the remaining 10%. The company was established in January 2023 with a capital of 1 euro ($1.10).
