Montenegro's GDP rises by real 1.3% in Q3

PODGORICA (Montenegro), December 26 (SeeNews) – Montenegro's gross domestic product (GDP) rose by a real 1.3% on the year in the third quarter of 2014 compared to a revised 4.1% increase a year earlier, preliminary data of the statistics office indicated on Friday.

Montenegro's GDP rises by real 1.3% in Q3

The country’s GDP totalled 1.13 billion euro ($1.3 billion) at current prices in the third quarter, the statistics office said in a statement.

In the second quarter of 2014, Montenegro’s GDP edged up by a real 0.3%.

In 2013, the Montenegrin economy expanded by a real 3.3% following a 2.5% decline a year earlier.
