Montenegro’s EPCG reelects chairman, gets new board

February 28 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s majority state-owned power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore EPCG [MNSE:EPCG] said the shareholder assembly has reelected Milutin Djukanovic as chairman of its board of directors.

A new board of directors was elected as well. The board will be made up of Tahir Gjonbaljaj, Neven Gosovic, Zoran Miljanic, Vladimir Katic, Jovica Milanovic and Simo Jokic, EPCG said in a press release last week.

Montenegro owns a stake of more than 98% in EPCG.
