Montenegro's EPCG completes planned overhaul of HPP Perucica

August 30 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) said it has completed a planned overhaul of its 307 MW hydro power plant (HPP) Perucica.

The company will complete the filling of the water transport system of the HPP on September 1 and afterwards the plant will be brought back on stream, EPCG said in a statement on Tuesday.

EPCG started the planned overhaul of the HPP on July 31, the company said.

The Montenegrin government is the majority owner of EPCG with a 57% stake while Italian company A2A owns 41.75%.
