April 29 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin company CG Hotel has begun the construction of a five-star hotel worth 35 million euro ($37.5 million) in the coastal town of Kotor, local media reported on Monday.
The hotel will be managed by American multinational diversified hospitality company Marriot International and is planned to open in 2027, media outlet Vijesti reported.
The hotel will span 3,671 square metres and will be able to accommodate 252 guests. It is expected to employ a hundred workers in two shifts.
According to the Montenegrin business registry, CG Hotel is wholly-owned by Montenegro’s CG Investment. It was founded in June 2017.
Marriot International operates some 8,300 hotels in 138 countries, including all countries in Southeast Europe.
