Montenegro's building permits fall in Q3

November 29 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Montenegro in the third quarter of 2023 fell to 101 from 104 in the prior-year period, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday.

Based on the building permits issued in the third quarter, the number of planned dwellings dropped to 397 from 662, the statistical office said in a statement.

The total floor area of planned dwellings decreased to 29,718 sq m from 44,654 sq m.

In 2022, the number of building permits issued in Montenegro increased to 368 from 190 in 2021.
