Kotor's assembly has decided to start drafting a zoning plan for the Bigova area, as well as to sign a land development agreement with Bigova Bay envisaging the provision of a land plot with access to municipal services and public utilities worth 15 million euro, the Kotor municipal authorities said in a press release on Tuesday.
In July, Kotor's mayor Zeljko Aprcovic had a meeting with Bigova Bay representatives. Back then, it was revealed that the planned luxury complex would have 1,186 beds, of which 478 would be in hotels and 708 in villas.
