April 2 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin state-controlled maritime transport company Barska Plovidba [MNG:PUTE] has elected a new president of its board of directors and a new board, local media reported on Tuesday.
Cazim Alkovic has been elected as president of the board of directors, succeeding Vladimir Bozovic. The new members of the board are Teodora Ostojic, Nebojsa Kaljevic, Marko Maras and Radomir Radunovic, news agency Mina reported.
Barska Plovidba recorded a net profit of 2.472 million euro ($2.66 million) in 2023, compared to a net profit of 2.474 million euro in the previous year.
