Montenegro's Adriatic Marinas seeks approval for resort project in Tivat

March 26 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said it has received a request from four private investors to conduct an environmental impact assessment (EIA) of a project for the construction of a tourist resort in the coastal town of Tivat.

The resort will include a five-star hotel and residential buildings with commercial and hospitality facilities, according to project documents published on EPA's website on Monday.

According to the Montenegrin business registry, Adriatic Marinas is wholly-owned by UAE-based PM Holdings One Person Company LLS.
