Montenegro Offers for Sale Port of Bar Maritime Affairs Operator

PODGORICA (Montenegro), October 22 (SeeNews) – Montenegro opened a tender for the sale of 100% of the company operating the maritime affairs in its biggest Adriatic port of Bar and for awarding a 30-year concession.

Montenegro Offers for Sale Port of Bar Maritime Affairs Operator

Interested investors can file bids until February 1, 2010, the government said in a statement on Wednesday. They should pay a 50,000 euro ($74,745) deposit to take part in the tender.

Maritime Affairs Bar is a limited liability company with total registered capital of 864,845 euro. It was established following the restructuring of the Bar port operator earlier this year.
