Montenegro Nov consumer prices stay flat y/y

Month-on-month, Montenegro's consumer prices edged down 0.1% in November after edging up 0.1% in October, the statistics office said in a statement on its website.

In 2013, Montenegro's average annual inflation slowed down to 2.2% from 4.1% a year earlier.
