- The Montenegrin central bank governor Ljubisa Krgovic told Reuters a quarter of all approved credits have been paid back with delays, while 10% have not been paid back at all, and the number of payment delays will rise. He also said the central bank has started making stress tests on Montenegro’s 11 banks and the results would be ready at the end of March 2010 because most banks might end the current year in the red.

- Turkey's President Abdullah Gul will visit Montenegro this week to chair a Turkish-Montenegrin business forum, which is scheduled for December 12, the Turkish embassy in Montenegro said.
