- Russia and Montenegro will sign an agreement on the transport of passengers and goods in the two countries that frees carriers of paying motor vehicles taxes and toll taxes, the Russian government said.

- Montenegro’s Prva Banka has sold a Learjet 45 aircraft to Greece’s Restis Group for 5.1 million euro. The jet was placed as loan collateral by local DiAir airline and the bank sold it after the company failed to service its debt.

- Montenegrin privately-held lender Prva Banka is in talks with six investors on an equity sale, the bank excecutive director Predrag Drecun told Reuters. One offer is for a 66% stake and the remaining five for 33%, Drecun said. He added a 60% of the bank could cost 150 million euro. Greek and British investors are involved.

- Three companies have bought documents for the tender for the company operating the container and general cargo shipments in Montenegro’s biggest Adriatic port of Bar, Transport Minister Adrija Lompar said. He added talks with Lithuanian-Latvian consortium Multi Capital Marina for the sale of 54.35% of the company operating the Bar marina are continiung. The price of the potential deal is seen at 12 million euro, including all investments.
