Under the contract, the Turkish owned company has leased the land plot for 30 years, the municipality of Ulcinj said in a statement on Tuesday.

The local authorities of Ulcinj said in November that Ulcinj Aqua park&Entertainment placed the sole valid bid in a public call for a 30-year lease on a 25,000 square metre land plot earmarked for the construction of an aqua park.

Local daily Vijesti said on Tuesday that Ulcinj Aqua park&Entertainment is a unit of Turkish company Polin and plans to create 80 jobs through the project.
