Montenegrin power utility EPCG halves 9-mo loss

PODGORICA (Montenegro), November 2 (SeeNews) – Montenegrin state-owned power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) has cut its loss to 14.9 million euro ($19.3 million) in the first nine months of 2012 from 30.4 million euro a year earlier, it said.

Operating revenues fell 5.6% to 191.4 million euro through September while operating costs dropped 3.3% to 214.3 million euro, EPCG said in its third-quarter financial statement.
