Montenegrin insurer Atlas Life raises capital to 2.6 mln euro

PODGORICA (Montenegro), November 29 (SeeNews) – Montenegrin insurer Atlas Life has raised its capital by 250,000 euro ($322,240) to 2.6 million euro ($3.1 million) by issuing 25,000 new shares, the local bourse said.

Montenegrin insurer Atlas Life raises capital to 2.6 mln euro

After the increase, Atlas Life’s capital is divided into 260,015 shares with a par value of 10 euro each, the Montenegro Stock Exchange said on its website on Wednesday.

The life insurer is part of Serbian-based diversified holding company Atlas Group, which has extensive business operations in Montenegro.
