Moldova's real avg gross wage rises 7.4% y/y in Q3 - table

In nominal terms, the average gross wage was 13.5% higher year-on-year during July-September, the National Bureau of Statistics said in a statement.

The average gross salary in the public sector was 6,456 lei in the third quarter, up 15.8% on the year in nominal terms.

In the private sector, the gross wage was 7,726 lei in the third quarter of 2019, up by a nominal 12.9% on the year.

BNS provided no monthly comparison figures.
