Moldova's ProCredit Bank Raises Capital by One Fifth to 197.1 Mln Lei (12 Mln Euro)

CHISINAU (Moldova), November 10 (SeeNews) – Moldova’s ProCreditBank has raised its share capital to 197.1 million lei ($18 million/12 million euro) through a 29.5 million lei share issue, Moldova’s securities commission, CNPF, said on Tuesday.

The bank has issued 29,500 shares at a price equal to their par value of 1,000 lei each, CNPF said in a statement.

It added that the bank’s share capital is now divided into 197,133 shares.

ProCreditBank Moldova, established in 2004, is part of a network set up in 2001 by international financial institutions to support the growth of small and medium-sized private enterprises in developing countries.
