Moldova's MAIB Leasing Raises Capital to 63.6 Mln Lei (4.6 Mln Euro)

December 12 (SeeNews) - Moldova's MAIB Leasing has raised its share capital to 63.6 million lei ($6.1 million/4.6 million euro) through a 30 million lei share issue, the Moldovan Securities Commission, CNPF, said on Friday.

MAIB Leasing, the leasing unit of Moldova's largest bank by assets, Moldova-Agroindbank, issued 300,000 shares at a price equal to their par value of 100 lei, CNPF said in a statement.

The company says it controls a 40% share of the country’s leasing market.
