April 24 (SeeNews) - The average gross salary in Moldova, one of Europe's poorest nations, grew by a real 4.2% on the year to 3,717.9 lei ($276.7/200 euro) in February, the country's statistics office said on Wednesday.

Moldova's Feb avg gross salary rises by real 4.2% y/y - table

The average monthly salary was 3,492 lei in the public sector and 3,815.3 lei in the private sector in February.
