Primary dealers placed bids for a total of 332.2 million lei in 91-day, 182-day and 364-day T-bills, the central bank, which auctions government securities on behalf of the finance ministry, said in a statement.
Yields on the 91-day T-bills fell to 5.13% from 5.35% in the previous auction held on September 4. Dealers placed bids worth 122.7 million lei against 45 million lei on offer on Tuesday.
Yields on the 182-day T-bills decreased to 5.47% from 5.66% in the previous auction held last Tuesday. The central bank received bids for 141.8 million lei worth of T-bills compared to 58 million lei on offer.
Yields on the 364-day T-bills were down to 6.82% from 7.02% in the previous auction on September 4 as dealers placed bids for 67.7 million lei worth of T-bills against 30 million lei on offer.
