Modirum seeks antitrust nod to take control of N. Macedonia's ITgma

May 21 (SeeNews) - Finland's technology company Modirum has asked for approval to acquire a majority stake in North Macedonia's software company ITgma, the country's Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) said.

The public can submit comments on the proposed transaction within ten days from the announcement, the CPC said in a notice on Monday.

Modirum said in late April it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in ITgma for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in year 2009, ITgma employs more than 120 software and IT experts who are based in its delivery centers in Skopje, Belgrade and Dubai.
