Minority stake in Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom trades for 19 mln kuna (2.5 million euro) in block deal

November 11 (SeeNews) - A minority stake in Croatian blue-chip company Hrvatski Telekom (HT) [ZSE:HT] changed hands in a 19.1 million kuna ($3.0 million/2.5 million euro) block deal on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Wednesday, bourse data showed.

An overall 110,000 shares traded at a price of 174 kuna apiece in the block transaction, ZSE data showed.

HT's total equity is divided into 80,766,229 shares.

The parties to the block deal were not disclosed.

Deutsche Telekom controls 51.71% of HT, followed by local pension fund Raiffeisen OMF Kategorije B with 9.40%, with the remainder belonging to smaller shareholders, mainly other local pension funds, bourse data showed on November 11.

Outside the block deal, the company's shares traded flat at 174 kuna by 1300 CET on Wednesday.
