Minority shareholder exits Bosnia's Hercegovinaputevi

November 10 (SeeNews) - Individual investor Mirko Draskovic said on Friday he had sold his entire 9.1% stake in Bosnia's civil engineering company Hercegovinaputevi [BANJ:HGPT-R-A] for 240,000 marka ($130,940/122,710 euro) to an undisclosed buyer.

Draskovic sold 200,000 shares of Hercegovinaputevi at a price of 1.20 marka apiece on November 9, he said in a bourse filing.

Hercegovinaputevi's share capital is divided into 2,196,788 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

Its shares last traded on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on November 9, closing flat at 1.20 marka.
