Mining unit of Serbia’s Farmakom MB places 74-day bond issue

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 12 (SeeNews) – A mining unit of Serbian diversified company Farmakom MB placed a 74-day bond issue worth 140 million dinars ($1.6 million/1.2 million euro), the brokerage house in charge of the transaction said on Friday.

Lead and zinc mine Rudnik Lece sold 14,000 bonds at a price of 10,000 dinars each, equal to their par value, BDD Dunav Stockbroker said in a filing to the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

The bonds carry an annual interest rate of 9.0% and mature on December 24.

This is Rudnik Lece’s third bond issue.
