Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] generated the highest turnover of 3.8 million dinars among the blue chips, as 1,993 of its shares were traded in two deals. The lender won 0.80% and closed at 1,890 dinars.
Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] was the most traded on the stock market, as 3,318 of its shares changed hands in 176 transactions, generating a turnover of 2.3 million dinars. The company won 0.58% to 689 dinars.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, won 0.52% to 728.49 points on Tuesday. On Monday, the index grew 0.09%.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.73% on Tuesday and closed at 1,605.85 points, after increasing 0.40% on Monday.
Household appliances maker Alfa plam [BEL:ALFA] paced the blue-chip decliners on the Belgrade bourse on Tuesday after losing 2.22% and closing at 35,201 dinars, as four of its shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 140,804 dinars.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse rose to 14.3 million dinars ($144,401/120,102 euro) on Tuesday from 8.1 million dinars on Monday, as 357 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at 305,490 dinars.
