March 8 (SeeNews) - Hotel operator Marriott International said on Wednesday it has opened its first hotel in Albania, located in the capital Tirana.
The 24-storey hotel features 155 rooms, including 24 suites, Marriott International said in a press release.
The hotel also encompasses a 1,900 sq m events space with nine meeting venues and a ballroom capacity for up to 400 people seated.
Marriott International signed an agreement with Albanian construction company AlbStar for the construction of the hotel in 2018.
