Makedonski Energetski Resursi cap hike plan gets regulator's nod

The state-owned energy company will issue 2,430 ordinary shares, to be subscribed by the government as the company's sole shareholder, the Macedonian Securities and Exchange Commission said in a statement on its website

The issue price will be equal to the par value of 100 euro per share.

The capital hike is intended to create conditions for unimpeded functioning of the company as well as for expanding its operations, the regulator said.
