Majority Shareholder of Slovenian Medical Supplies Co Tosama To Squeeze Out Minorities

December 9 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Sana Investicije, the majority shareholder of local producer of medical supplies and sanitary care products Tosama, will squeeze out minority shareholders in the company, offering 90.53 euro ($117) per share, Tosama said on Tuesday.

Sana Investicije now owns 98.4% of Tosama, Tosama said in a statement to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), where its shares are listed.

The decision for the squeeze-out was endorsed at a meeting of the company’s shareholders on Monday.

Shares in Tosama last traded on the LJSE on December 5, when they rose 2.99% to an average price of 82.55 euro.
