November 7 (SeeNews) - Slovenian company Sana Investicije, the majority shareholder of local producer of auxiliary medical supplies and hygienic items Tosama, plans a squeeze out, Tosama said on Friday.

Sana Investicije, which owns 98.4% of Tosama, will offer minority shareholders 90.53 euro ($116) per share to buy them out, Tosama said in a statement.

Tosama will make the proposals at a meeting of its shareholders on December 8.
