Majority shareholder in Bulgaria's Port Fleet 99 cuts stake

December 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian ship towage company Port Fleet 99 [BUL:9PF] said that its majority owner Bulgarian Marine Company-PF has reduced its shareholding interest to 53.29%.

After two deals concluded on November 25 and November 27, Bulgarian Marine Company-PF now controls 1,070,300 shares in Port Fleet 99, the ship towage company said on a bourse filing on Tuesday.

According to Port Fleet 99's most recent financial statement published on the website of the commercial register, Bulgarian Marine Company-PF held a 97.01% stake in the company at the end of 2019.

Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) data showed on November 25 that a total of 335,615 shares in Port Fleet 99 changed hands for a total of 2.35 million levs ($1.4 million/1.2 million euro), boosting the trading turnover of the Sofia bourse.

Shares of Port Fleet 99 started trading on the BSE on November 23.

As at 15:15 CET on Wednesday, Port Fleet 99's shares traded unchanged at 7.05 levs.

Port Fleet 99 is active in harbour towage and manoeuvring of ships, sea towage and cargo handling services.
