Majority owner boosts stake in N. Macedonia's Makstil

June 11 (SeeNews) - Liechtenstein-based diversified group Duferco Skop SA increased its stake in North Macedonia-based steel mill Makstil [MSE:STIL] to 83.42%, Makstil said.

Duferco acquired 35,592 shares of Makstil, representing a 0.2% stake, on June 10, Makstil said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Makstil's share capital is divided into 14,622,943 shares, each with a par value of 5.11 euro ($5.5).

The company's shares last traded at an average price of 142.5 denars ($2.5/2.3 euro) on the Macedonian stock exchange on June 7.

Makstil produces hot rolled heavy plates.
