Macedonia's Zito Luks turns to 9-mo net loss

October 31 (SeeNews) - Macedonian baked goods producer Zito Luks [MSE:ZILU] said on Wednesday it turned to a net loss of 21.8 million denars ($459,477/354,480 euro) in the first nine months of 2012 from a net profit of 33.9 million denars a year earlier.

Macedonia's Zito Luks turns to 9-mo net loss

Sales revenue in the nine months through September rose by 4.0% on the year to some 991.6 million denars, while operating profit plunged to 13.5 million denars from 63.3 million denars, Zito Luks said in a filing with the Macedonian Stock Exchange.

Zito Luks is controlled by baked goods producer Elbisco Holdings S.A., which is part of Filippou Group, one of Greece's leading food companies.
