Macedonia’s Q3 c/a surplus expands 63% y/y - table

SKOPJE (Macedonia), November 30 (SeeNews) – Macedonia’s current account surplus increased to a preliminary 91 million euro ($118.2 million) in the third quarter of 2012 from a revised 55.9 million euro a year ago, central bank data indicated.

In the second quarter of 2012, the country’s current account deficit narrowed to a revised 80 million euro from 114.6 million a year ago.

In 2011, Macedonia’s current account deficit widened to a revised 224.3 million euro from 143.6 million euro a year earlier.
