Macedonia’s power consumption rises 1.4% y/y in Oct

SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 25 (SeeNews) – Macedonia’s electricity consumption rose by 1.4% on the year to 677,413 megawatt-hours (MWh) in October, data from the country's statistics office indicated on Thursday.

Macedonia’s power consumption rises 1.4% y/y in Oct

Gross domestic power generation covered 66.5% of total gross electricity consumption in October, the statistics office said in a statement on its website.

The consumption in October of natural gas, coal and petroleum products totalled 7.2 million cubic metres, 522,040 tonnes and 83,138 tonnes, respectively.
