Macedonia’s October Construction Projects Value Falls 44% M/M - Table

SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 3 (SeeNews) – The estimated value of construction projects covered by building permits issued in Macedonia in October fell by a monthly 44% to 1.247 billion denars ($25.6 million/20.2 million euro), the Statistics Office said on Wednesday.

No comparative figures for last year were immediately available.

A total of 209 construction permits were issued in October, 25% less than a month earlier, the statement said. They included 169 permits issued to individuals and 40 to business entities, the statistics office said in a statement.

Of the total number of building permits issued, 165 were for buildings, 23 for civil engineering projects and 21 for reconstruction.
