Macedonia's Nov industrial output falls 4.4% y/y

SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 26 (SeeNews) – Macedonia's November industrial production fell by 4.4% on the year after dropping 4.6% the month before, the statistics office said on Wednesday.

Macedonia's Nov industrial output falls 4.4% y/y

Month-on-month, Macedonia's industrial production rose by 5.3% in November after edging up 0.2% in October, the statistics office said on its website.

Industrial output in the mining sector rose by 0.9% year-on-year in November and fell in the sector of electricity, gas and heating energy supply as well as in the manufacturing industry - by 17.8% and 2.8%, respectively.

In the first eleven months of 2012 industrial production declined by 6.5%.

Macedonia's industrial production rose by 3.3% last year.
