Macedonia’s MEPSO seals advisory deal with Croatian-led tie-up on ski resort project

SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 4 (SeeNews) – Macedonian state-owned power transmission company MEPSO has concluded a deal with a Croatian-led consortium for the drafting of a feasibility and masterplan study for the development of a ski center in the Galicica national park, the Macedonian finance ministry said.

The deal was signed with Croatia’s Horwath Consulting and international advisory group Ecosign Mountain Resort Planners, the finance ministry’s public procurement bureau said on its website on Monday.

The value of the deal, concluded on November 26, is 14.15 million denars ($298,810/230,080 euro).

The duration of the contract is set at 18 months.

Galicica Mountain is situated in southwestern Macedonia between the Ohrid and Prespa lakes.
