November 12 (SeeNews) - Macedonian transport, insurance and retail holding company Makosped AD said on Thursday its preliminary net profit through September fell 96.6% year-on-year to 5.5 million denars ($133,970/89,150 euro).

Makosped shares were trading at 534 denars by 1050 GMT on Thursday, 11.2% up from a day earlier.
Makosped (www.makosped.com.mk) is active in international forwarding services, warehousing, export and import trade and retail. The company has 20 units across Macedonia and six representative offices abroad. It is the general distributor of Suzuki Maruti subcompact cars for Macedonia and also operates two discount supermarkets.
