Macedonia's End-Oct Mandatory Pension Fund Assets Rise 1.7% M/M

November 11 (SeeNews) - The net assets managed by Macedonia's two mandatory pension funds totalled 4.625 billion denars ($96.02 million/75.15 million euro) at the end of October, up 1.7 % from a month earlier, data from the country's pension insurance supervision agency MAPAS indicated.

KB Prv Otvoren Penziski Fond (KB Prv) ranked first with 2.571 billion denars in net assets at the end of October, followed by Nov Penziski Fond (NPF) with some 2.054 billion denars, MAPAS data showed.

KB Prv also led in terms of number of members with 99,410, versus NPF's 91,278 at the end of October.

KB Prv is managed by KB Prvo Drustvo za Upravuvanje so Penziski Fondovi, whose owners are Ljubljana-based Skupina Prva DD with a 51% stake and Komercijalna_Banka_AD_Skopje which holds 49% of its capital.

NPF is managed by Nov Penziski Fund. Slovenia’s Nova Ljubjanska Banka (NLB) owns 51% of Nov Penziski Fund’s capital and its Macedonia unit, NLB Tutunska Banka AD Skopje holds 49%.
