Macedonia’s Capital Bank cap hike 60% subscribed

SKOPJE (Macedonia), September 13 (SeeNews) – A new share issue of Macedonia’s Capital Bank was 60% subscribed for a total of 74.025 million denars ($1.5 million/1.2 million euro), the Skopje bourse said.

Macedonia’s Capital Bank cap hike 60% subscribed

Investors subscribed for 2,401 new shares for a price of 30,831 denars apiece out of the total offer of 4,000 shares in the subscription period from September 6 to September 12, the Macedonian Stock Exchange said on Wednesday.

The bank's capital hike was aimed at achieving optimal capital adequacy, Macedonia’s Securities and Exchange Commission said earlier.

Capital Bank has been part of Bulgarian business conglomerate Alfa Finance Holding since 2007.
