Macedonia's avg net wage growth slows in July

September 21 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's real average net monthly wage increased by 0.3% year-on-year in July, after rising by 1.3% in the previous month, the national statistical office said on Thursday.

In nominal terms, the average net wage in Macedonia rose by 1.5% in July, reaching 22,671 denars ($438.7/369 euro).

The strongest wage growth was registered in the sectors of scientific and technical activities, mining and quarrying and information and communication.

On a monthly comparison basis, net wages were flat in July.
