Macedonia’s 11 Oktomvri-Eurokompozit gets nod for debt/equity swap

SKOPJE (Macedonia), November 28 (SeeNews) – Macedonia's securities watchdog said on Wednesday it has allowed
state-controlled military equipment producer 11 Oktomvri-Eurokompozit to raise its capital by more than 1.118 million euro ($1.45 million) through a new share issue that will be fully subscribed by the government.

The company will settle its debt towards the government through the private placement of 218,819 new ordinary shares, the Macedonian Securities and Exchange Commission said.

The placement will be made at a price of 5.113 euro per share, equal to the nominal value of the stock.

The company's capital is currently divided into 3,489,219 ordinary shares.

11 Oktomvri-Eurokompozit is located in Prilep, in central Macedonia.
